We’ll meet with you virtually to discuss your design goals, preferences, and budget. During this stage, we’ll gather measurements, photos, and any inspiration you may have. After the meeting, we’ll provide a detailed recap of our conversation.
Based on the consultation, create mood boards, color palettes, and an overall design concept. Expect collaborative refinement and constant communication to perfect your personalized design.
Once the concept is approved, we’ll craft a comprehensive design plan, complete with furniture layouts, décor selections, and material choices. We also provide 3D visualizations or mock-ups to help you visualize the final design. One round of revisions is included to perfect every detail.
We will curate a personalized shopping list with links to recommended furniture, décor, and materials. Everything will be tailored to fit your style and budget, and we’ll guide you through the purchasing process.
Receive a step-by-step guide on how to implement the design. As you begin setting up your space, we’ll provide virtual check-ins to assist with layout adjustments and styling tips, ensuring that your design is flawlessly executed.

At this time, our virtual design service is for full rooms or spaces only. This is because we want to do our best to give you a full transformation and a cohesive look.
We have 2 Installments plan for all packages. After the Initial discovery call, half installment is due. Once we agree on the design (after revisions) the furniture links will be sent out once the second payment is cleared.
Usually we don’t. Since we offer Virtual design services all over USA, it is pretty difficult to find and vet contractors in locations we are not familiar with. Hence, we encourage you to use services like Task Rabbit to find them. We can provide instructions for them to follow during the installation phase of the project. If you are local to the Bay area, we can help with the process and provide end-to-end support but it is considered full service and would be billed differently.
Yes! If you want to keep some pieces that are already in the room, just let me know and I will incorporate those into the design.
For Virtual Interior Design projects, the usual timeline spans three to four months. Please contact me at least three months in advance if you have a specific deadline.
Not in love with the first design? That's ok! I offer 2 revisions after you start your project. Keep in mind that all designs will be based on the inspiration images/Pinterest board you send me in the design questionnaire.
