The client brief for this project was simple: they wanted a modern, unique design with an overall blue theme, incorporating my signature touch of Indian elements.

 I aimed to incorporate elements of Hindu blue gods. Blue symbolizes the infinite and immeasurable, like the sky and ocean, reflecting the divine and limitless nature of Rama, Krishna, and Shiva.

In this modern decor piece, I abstractly depict the swayamvar from the Ramayana, where Rama breaks Shiva’s celestial bow, Pinaka, to win Sita’s hand. The birds symbolize Rama and are arranged in the shape of Rama Nammam/Tilak.

Lastly, the blue swing represents Krishna, often seen on swings during Janmashtami and Jhulan Yatra.
